  1. #1 I REALLY wish Lincoln had free parking downtown on the weekends. Clearly, we’re much too cheap.
#2 WHERE did you get the salted caramel gelato???????????

    • Seriously, you have to pay for parking on the weekends?! Yikes! I don’t spend too much time in Lincoln (even though my fiance is a firefighter there) but hopefully I never forget to feed the meter!

I got that gelato from eCreamery. I don’t know if you’re familiar with Omaha, but it is located in Dundee. It’s a local place with custom flavors kind of like Ivanna Cone in Lincoln! They had a booth set up at Taste of Omaha this weekend and that’s where I got that dish. It was soooo good! I wish it hadn’t been so hot because I had to eat it in 2 minutes flat because it was melting all over the place!

  2. Tee hee hee!! Equations…. : ) Love it! Looks like a great day!

  3. bet that makes for some wild dance club parties in ur car haha <3
