   Lizz – Kelly gave me a link to your blog after he was laughing about the “I take pictures of my food” t’shirt one day on facebook. He said I need one too. Love the blog – it’s very motivating! I’ve been saying for awhile I want to run a 5k and here you are running a ton! I need to get signed up. Just thought I’d say hello.

     Kelly, hi! I had no idea that you have a blog! Believe it or not, Kelly and I usually only talk about running in our “free time” at work. You should totally sign up for a 5K! There are lots in the Spring around here…St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, etc. And the ones held at Peak Performance / the Keystone Trail are super low-key so nothing to be intimidated by. There are even usually walkers or joggers with strollers that tag on at the end.
