Wedding Wednesday – Meet Kate!
Thanks for letting me put off my Wedding Wednesday post for a day. I've got something exciting for you in return...a video! Kate agreed to do a little Q&A with me so you all can get to know us a little better. 
I'd just like to quickly warn you that my video editing skills are rough, at best. Also, the volume is kind of wonky. And I'd like to apologize on behalf of Kate for mumbling (and making fun of pale people.

Hi! My name is Lizz and I am from Omaha, Nebraska. I love cooking, running, traveling, and learning new things. I have an amazing fiance, 2 adorable dogs, and an incredibly close-knit family. I have seen both the gnome mobile and the apple dumpling gang, and they were both fantastic. Sheryl Crowe is awful, kids singing are creepy, and I hate Anne Hathaway.

Love this! You two are definitely a cute couple – and you have always come across on your blog just like you do in the video! I think Kate’s on to something…you should totally have a S’mores bar at your wedding!

I’m watching this on my parents computer and when it pauses to load more of the video, Katie has the most ridiculous face I have ever seen. It’s amazing. Also well played Katie on trying to take a huge drink of water to avoid the something the other person hates question
