Weekend Fun

Whoa, what a busy weekend! It was really fun, but I'm exhausted. I guess I'll go to work tomorrow to rest.

On Friday night, Kate and I went to see The Nutcracker. So good!

Saturday was an epic day of shopping for me. 12 hours, 10 stores, hundreds of dollars, 1 delicious lemon filled donut.

Probably Kate's idea of hell...aside from the donut. But I'm SO almost finished!

Then I went bowling with my sister, her boyfriend, and my nephew. Bowling with a 4 year old is hilarious! Until you realize they are using a ball that is only 1 pound lighter than yours. And beating you. I think I need to start bowling with bumpers.

Today was also really exciting because I held a girls' craft day at my house!

7 of us got our glitter and glue on for 4 good hours. Everyone came with great ideas, and we all came away with really cute stuff. I will post more about what we did tomorrow.

Later, Kate and I met up with our friend Jonathan for a holiday lights fun run downtown. It was perfect running weather, and it felt so awesome to be out exercising in the fresh air.

Then Kate and I finally decorated our Christmas tree!
