Wedding Recap – Bachelorette Trip to NYC

Well, the wedding madness is over, which means it's time to gather up all these photos and write some recaps! And sleep. I thought I'd start with some photos of my trip to NYC. Katie and I decided to take bachelorette trips instead of having crazy parties. She went to DC & Baltimore with Laura, and I traveled to NYC with my sisters (Jenny & Emily) and my maid of honor, Mine. (Mine & I met while at NYU.) It was awesome!

I hadn't been back to New York in nearly 5 years, so I was worried I would just walk the streets weeping with homesickness. Although I did wax nostalgic off and on, I didn't miss it as crazy as I thought I would. After 4 long days, I was ready to come home to my girl and get married, which I guess is a good sign.
